1. Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Sales Consultant with a passion for technology and a desire to grow in the field of digital transformation. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, providing advice on website design solutions that meet their business needs, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver a professional service experience.

  • Position: Sales Consultant – Website Design
  • Department: Sales / Marketing
  • Reports to: Sales Team Leader / Business Development Manager

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers who need website design services (via online channels, phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Advise clients on the company’s website services (corporate websites, landing pages, e-commerce sites, web apps, etc.).
  • Analyze client business needs and propose suitable design solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, send proposals, and close contracts.
  • Work closely with the technical team (designers/developers) to communicate requirements and support project implementation.
  • Provide continuous customer support during and after project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Update and track customer progress, manage data, and provide regular sales reports.

3. Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in technology, websites, or digital services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology products: website structure, UI/UX, web functions, etc.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and track client progress.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems is a plus.
