1. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead and implement the overall SEO roadmap across our website and digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankings aligned with business objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) aligned with each business phase and target.
- Manage and assign tasks to the SEO team (content, entity, backlink, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to formulate effective SEO plans.
- Optimize website structure, page speed, and user experience (UX/UI) to support SEO performance.
- Monitor and evaluate SEO effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Collaborate with Content, Development, and Ads teams to ensure cohesive SEO execution.
- Coach and develop SEO team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular SEO performance reports (traffic, keyword ranking, conversion, etc.) to senior management.
3. Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of SEO experience, with proven leadership or team management background preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Google algorithms and modern ranking factors (E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
- Proficient in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to create effective SEO strategies.
- Logical thinking, excellent time and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UX/UI is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
