Content Marketing Intern

1. Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Intern – Website Consulting who has strong communication skills and a desire to grow in the digital space. You will receive comprehensive training to understand the website development process, learn how to identify customer needs, and propose suitable solutions. You’ll also support the Sales team in customer care and lead tracking.

• Department: Business / Marketing
• Reports to: Sales Team Leader / Project Manager

2. Key Responsibilites

• Search and connect with potential clients interested in website design (via online channels, social media, email, telesales, etc.).
• Consult on website services: explain features, processes, and pricing based on customer needs.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts (using provided templates).
• Coordinate with the technical team to answer customers’ basic technical inquiries.
• Support customer care before, during, and after project implementation (via Zalo, email, phone).
• Update and manage customer data using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Learn and understand various types of websites: company profile websites, landing pages, e-commerce sites, etc.

3. Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, IT, or related fields.
• Passionate about technology, especially digital products/services like websites, apps, or software.
• Strong communication and consulting skills; clear and confident in presentation.
• Willingness to learn, hardworking, and responsible.
• Basic skills in Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Bonus points for previous experience in sales collaboration, telemarketing, or knowledge of digital marketing/websites.
