(hereinafter referred to as Eras Vietnam) and our clients that result in the discontinuation of services will be addressed and resolved with an optimal solution for both parties. However, we remain committed to delivering the best possible service to our customers under all circumstances.

Notes on Website Optimization & Acceleration Services

  • The effectiveness of optimization depends on the theme and plugins currently in use on your website. Eras Vietnam only commits to optimizing performance to the best extent possible without breaking the layout or affecting the website’s functionality.
  • Data loaded from external servers such as Facebook Page Widget, Messenger, Comments, Pixel, Google Maps, Google AdSense, Google Ads, Instagram, Twitter, Live Chat, etc., cannot be optimized. The only way to eliminate their impact on speed is by removing them entirely.

Customers are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Eras Vietnam fails to deliver the service as per agreed requirements.
  • Eras Vietnam breaches the signed contract.
  • You have made payment, but Eras Vietnam does not deliver the product or service within the contract timeframe without a valid reason.
  • Eras Vietnam delays the delivery by more than 10 days past the contract deadline without justification.

Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • The customer unilaterally terminates the contract.
  • The customer violates the signed contract.
  • The customer modifies the source code in a way that affects Eras Vietnam’s deliverables.
  • The customer uses speed testing tools that are not recommended by Eras Vietnam..
  • Refunds are not available for domain services, software license purchases, server rental services, or colocation services.

Refund Request Methods:

Option 1: Call our business department directly to report the service issue and request a refund.

Option 2: Send a refund request via email or submit a support ticket through our customer management system.

We will review the case within 1 to 3 working days. If the issue is determined to be caused by Eras Vietnam, the customer will be refunded according to our refund conditions.
