1. General Information
- Position Title: Social Marketing Executive / Social Media Executive
- Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Reports to: Marketing Manager / Digital Team Leader
- Employment Type: Full-time

2. Job Objective
Manage and develop the company’s social media channels to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support lead generation for website design and development services.
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1. Social Media Channel Management
- Manage and operate the company’s social media channels: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,, YouTube (depending on strategy)
- Plan and execute content schedules on a weekly/monthly basis aligned with overall marketing goals
- Publish posts and optimize captions, hashtags, and posting time
- Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms
3.2. Content Creation & Production
- Develop content ideas for posts, short videos, reels, stories, case studies, and website/technology-related knowledge sharing
- Write social content for brand awareness, soft-selling, and service introduction
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce visual and video content
- Monitor trends and quickly adapt trending topics on social media
3.3. Community & Engagement Management
- Respond to comments and messages on social media channels
- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer leads generated from social platforms
- Build and maintain an engaged online community
- Handle basic negative feedback and comments appropriately
3.4. Support Advertising & Marketing Campaigns
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to prepare content for paid social advertising
- Participate in marketing campaigns, online events, and mini-games
- Support remarketing and content seeding activities
3.5. Reporting & Performance Evaluation
- Track key social media metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Propose improvements to content strategy and execution
4. Job Requirements
4.1. Knowledge & Skills
- College or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their operations
- Strong content writing skills with good audience insight
- Basic visual and video content mindset
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva, CapCut (preferred)
4.2. Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Social Marketing or Social Media roles
- Preference for candidates with experience in agencies, technology companies, website development, or digital marketing firms

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Comfortable working with KPIs and deadlines
