KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Video Production & Filming
- Capture video content at the office, events, project sites, client locations, and other assigned venues.
- Set up lighting, framing, camera angles, and filming equipment according to production requirements.
- Assist in developing visual concepts and proposing creative filming ideas.
- Select and execute effective shots and camera movements to enhance the quality and professionalism of video content.
- Organize and manage video footage, ensuring proper storage and data security.
2. Video Editing
- Edit, assemble, and finalize video projects according to project requirements.
- Produce short-form videos for:
- Facebook Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Instagram Reels
- Produce long-form videos for:
- YouTube
- Corporate websites
- Company introduction videos
- Service promotional videos
- Perform color correction and color grading.
- Edit and enhance audio quality, including noise reduction and volume balancing.
- Add subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Optimize video formats and specifications for different social media platforms.
3. Creative Content Development
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video content ideas and creative concepts.
- Research and propose new video production trends relevant to the market.
- Stay updated with TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube trends and apply them to content production.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve video performance, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
4. Project Collaboration
- Work closely with Content Creators, Designers, Marketing Executives, and Account Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Receive feedback from clients and supervisors and make necessary revisions.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, audio quality, and brand identity across all media products.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Experience producing video content for businesses, brands, or marketing agencies is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Video Editing Software
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut PC
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
Proficiency in Supporting Software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Basic Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition or equivalent audio editing software
Filming Skills
- Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques.
- Understanding of camera angles and shot selection.
- Ability to operate cameras, camcorders, and related production equipment.
- Basic setup skills for:
- Video lighting equipment
- Audio recording microphones
- Gimbals and stabilizers
- Tripods
Soft Skills
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic judgment.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
