Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management
- Draft, issue, and maintain internal documents, notices, policies, regulations, and administrative correspondence.
- Manage and organize company records, ensuring proper filing, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets; coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure effective internal communication flow.
- Coordinate administrative procedures with external partners, vendors, and government agencies when required.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Assist in maintaining a professional, organized, and productive office environment.
2. Human Resources Operations
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and implement recruitment plans.
- Create and publish job postings across recruitment channels.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidate applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and personnel movements.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, HR-related documentation, and personnel decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Ensure HR records and processes comply with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
3. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture Development
- Plan and organize internal activities that strengthen employee engagement and team cohesion.
- Coordinate company events such as birthdays, celebrations, team-building activities, company trips, and annual gatherings.
- Support internal communications initiatives to enhance employee experience and company culture.
- Develop creative ideas and programs that contribute to a positive, collaborative, and motivating workplace environment.
- Promote company values and encourage employee participation in cultural initiatives.
4. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Management Board.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient business operations and internal support services.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, General Administration, or equivalent positions.
- Previous experience in recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications, or event organization will be considered an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
