1. Job Description
We are looking for a PHP Programming Intern with a strong learning mindset, a passion for technology, and a desire to develop programming skills in a real-world working environment. You will have the opportunity to participate directly in website design and web app system projects, receiving mentorship and professional support throughout your internship.
- Position: PHP Programming Intern
- Department: Technology / Engineering / IT
- Reports to: Technical Team Leader / Team Leader
2. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in programming and modifying website features using PHP (plain PHP or frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, as per company requirements).
- Assist in bug fixing and feature enhancement based on project requirements.
- Contribute to writing technical documentation, structuring data, and process flows.
- Collaborate with the design team (UI/UX) and front-end developers to ensure consistency between design and functionality.
- Attend technical meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Research and apply new technologies to projects (if applicable).
3. Requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS/JS.
- Ability to work with Git, familiarity with at least one PHP framework (Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress) is a plus.
- Logical thinking, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and proactive in work.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English is a plus.
- Preferably, candidates who have worked on projects or thesis projects using PHP.
